Our purpose was a complete reconstruction of the chassis with the help of some frame leavings, ruined by former owners ( distributors), and a photograph, found in the book. Restorers should take into account the fact that such similar wheel forks "Квадрата" and "Хантера" (Ariel Rad Hunter) are absolutely incompatible. That is why we had to prepare a full package of design documentation. To cut off expenses of producing copies we have decided to fabricate all the components, which were made by casting, with the help of the milling machine. The preparation of all necessary design documentation for the motorcycle’ frame and fork took 4 months; the preparation of all components and frame welding took a month only. A more detailed report will probably be offered later. For the present moment the frame has been restored completely and has been given to the owner, and we carry on the negotiations on the production of the front fork.
