The motorcycle R 35 used to be one of the most popular and advanced motorcycles. In 1999 our Workshop received this object in a bag ( see foto), fully worn and not complete. We bought it in such a state intentionally as at that time our Workshop knew almost nothing about motorcycles. With a purpose to improve the restoration skills we bought several objects, including this one.

We will not describe the process of restoration, which was so long ago.  We just notice that the motorcycle was perfect on the road, has great powers of endurance, reliable and does not demand much. The speed is 110-120 kmph. It has a 4 speed gear.

In a year after the project had been finished, we restored the buddy seat ( Steibe S350) and fastened it to the motorcycle (but this is another project). Then the motorcycle was sold to the BMW “Autodom” dealer, it has been in the show room of the firm for some time, then the motorcycle was presented to the private collection. due to the restoration one of the thousands of the produced motorcycle has its fortune now.
