Although the motorcycle season is over, we proceed working with  them. The workshop has started the restoration of motorcycle EMB P 35. This is the second motorcycle of this model, which the workshop works over. You may see its photos in the reference.

 

The motorcycle has a great number of original parts: frame parts, petrol tank, wheel, headlight, front fork  and front fender. And of course engine. The back of the frame is very broken. The project has been begun in the early September 2005. The motorcycle is fully disassembled. Some parts of the motorcycle have been painted. The majority of the small pieces will be brought abroad.

The works over this project move ahead. We have to order a great number of components abroad.Rubber parts of the motorcycle, spokes, and many other important components.  We are waiting for them impatiently and then we will able to assemble the wheels and the front pod. See below some new photos.

The neхt stage is defects detection of the back axle and back pod.

At last we got what we were waiting for – our warehouse got spokes and some components of engine. The process is coming to the final stage:the back axle has been completed and it will be assembled the next week. The frame has been painted, the front fork has been restored and assembled. We managed to buy the original back seat, it is now being restored. Owing to the received orders we will be able to assemble the front wheels and place the fork into its position. In such a way in two weeks rolling chassis will be almost assembled. Than, Anyway, there is still much work
