According to producer’s plan this must be a real streetrod, made with all canons: down roof, absolutely smooth doors ( without handles),rear wheels of 335 mm width, fully black. How does the process start? Firstly it needs to me completely dismounted. Please, pay attention to the doors’ components. The  custom hinges are set inside in order not to spoil the automobile’s shapes with salient parts. Screen guides are custom ones, made specially for custom projects. It is not difficult to glaze. More important is to take it out accurately. Pay attention to solenoid of great size. This is nothing else but door-lock. To be more exact it is mechanism of door locking and fixing. All these and some other components are made and sold as the sets for customizers.  The body’s iron looks not so good now. At first we sandblasted the body and mounted it on a special jig. Then we repair all damaged parts of the body and components. Some components had to be completely recast. Body’s components have been set on the car. We flatten the body surface. The windscreen geometry has been broken, ther are some place where there is no gap between body’s panels. So, at first, we make the gaps. Here they are. Ready. Now we want to repair the roof, but it will be later. We start to widen the fenders.
