The restoration is in process. At present moment the wooden carcass of the body and cabriolet mechanics are being restored. A more detailed description will appear later.

Carriage technology that had been used in automobile production by the end of 30ies is a high-end one. The complex curved surfaces of the details which are glued together cause some difficulties. If a tinsmith makes a mistake while repairing a modern car, for example he makes it asymmetrical, he can easily solve the problem by changing the iron. The situation with the wood is different. The only one mistake can cause a complete alteration of the carcass. That’s why the restoration of the wooden carcass of the body is a complicated and a long procedure. Though the works are not over you may see some results on the photo. It is necessary to adjust the gaps the whole geometry more accurately. During the period of the site updating much work was done on the project, the restoration is coming to the end. It doesn’t mean that it is finished, but many complicated works have been done. The car is 100% assembled(front axle, back axle, wheels).Something was gained, something was found as a sample. The design office can restore and adapt any car unit per sample (see photo of the computer model of stub axle). The report on purpose og computer model making and how the unit will look like after restoration will be in the end of this period. A new opportunity to go on restoration of the wooden frame has appeared. You may see the photo: the front part of the body is assembled for the final fitting of the wooden units. Unfortunately ( or maybe fortunately) we didn’t  use computer models and sketches. We managed to get the original naves in a perfect state with the original bearing.  But for those, who have problems with the naves, we can produce the exact copy of the nave Horh 830 BL. When we compared two original naves, we found out many common and different features. That’s exactly why we make three-dimensional unit model before restoring the back mounting, we check the accuracy of units position in the assemblage. In general the works move forward.
